Kundalini Reiki

Kundalini Reiki is very simple and aims at opening up energy within your body to channelize it for healing purposes. It collaborate the elements of conventional Reiki form and includes Yoga beliefs. The purpose behind Kundalini Reiki is to reach highest spiritual level, where unity combines with divinity.
There are many names for Kundalini Reiki, including ‘Coiled Energy’, ‘Serpent Energy’ or ‘Dormant Power’. In Hindu mythology, Kundalini is serpent goddess having its favorite place at spinal base, where she sleeps and waits for someone to wake her up. Kundalini Waking means releasing energy source present within us. This energy pushes out every chakra opening from the body and creates a sensuous environment of ecstasy, bliss, visions, brilliance, increased physical power and pain.

Attunement in Kundalini Reiki
There are three levels of attunement in Kundalini Reiki. Each levels aims at energy channelizing and strengthening in the body, which allows Kundalini energy to flow out and clean off any sort of blockages occurring in the body. Kundalini healing energy allows practitioners for using different methods for getting healing. Some are direct healing therapies, and others will be long-distance healing techniques.
The concept is very simple and majorly, the problems occur in awakening individual form of Kundalini Reiki. People keep on working for awakening Kundalini, but only a few people reach towards the level of Kundalini awakening.
There are different ways for opening a scope for Kundalini awakening. Yoga, deep meditation and similar things can release this sleeping energy from body. There have been two effectual exercises, which have proven successful for awakening people for Kundalini energy. First one is Bandha Traya (Three Locks) and Kumbhaka (Breath technique).
Kundalini awakening is just like crossing half the battle. If there is time spent for releasing the dormant energy, there will be same time taken to receive the cleaning process provoked by Kundalini awakening. Kundalini energy mastering begins with lowest chakra and moves up to crown chakra (head area). This process might require several years.
Kundalini is meant for healing, but the huge energy release can cause an uncomfortable feeling for some people. In these conditions, purification of body is required, which means removing of your body’s system from alcohol, drugs, caffeine, fatty food and tobacco. It also means reducing stress levels and the other psychological issues.
Kundalini Reiki heals the body by providing renewed energy and reducing stress levels. The blend of Kundalini fire and conventional Reiki practices are helpful in promoting holistic growth and gearing towards enlightenment path.
Kundalini Reiki can enable you to get full knowledge regarding different ways to provide treatment to other person, ways of distance healing and self-healing processes.
It is always advisable to begin with free Kundalini Reiki session and if you find it effective, you can pursue with the path of enlightenment.

Seven Main Chakras In Reiki

"Chakra" is a Sanskrit word that means ‘wheel’. Based on Yogi Philosophy, the Chakras are spiritual energy centers of body. According to the Eastern Indian Healing Practices, the Chakras exist in the esoteric double of man, which is the spiritual part of human being. Our spiritual essence mirrors our physical body.
Chakras are energy centers spinning like vortexes that radiate energy from a point corresponding to in the physical body. They comprised of layers that fan out in a shape of a heart. Chakras can both give and receive energy. Although there are virtually Chakras all over the body, there are seven main ones. These seven main chakras emit light energy and are believed to reside in our subtle or spiritual body. We can see pictures of Chakras represented by a wheel, which somewhat resembles a flower. Each one has a specific number of petals relevant to that Chakra.
Seven Main Chakras are located in a line along the spinal column; each composed of high frequency strands consisting of energy. It is through Reiki that the Universal Life Force is channelized in and out of the subtle and physical body. Reiki energy travels through the Nadis (blood vessels in Sanskrit) with the help of Chakras. The energy channels for the Universal Energy also include the Ida and pingala nadis, which follow the same path that the autonomic nervous system does in the spinal cord. These Chakras reside in our subtle or spiritual bodies, which are mirrored by our physical body. The Chakras are capable of giving and receiving energy. It is believed to be in optimum health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and the Chakras have to be purified and balanced for the purpose of energy transfer.

Now lets take a detailed look at these Seven Main Chakras :

1. Crown Chakra
Associated Color: Violet, White
Associated Body Parts: Pineal gland, upper brain, right eye.
The Crown Chakra has direct spiritual meaning. When it is fully developed, one gets an understanding of ‘Oneness’ of universal existence, as well as true inner peace. It enables us to tap into higher levels of spirituality and develop our claircognizance.  Besides physical symptoms in the body parts it correlates to; Blockages in the Crown Chakra creates things like feeling lonely, fearing death and comparing ourselves unfavorably to others.
2. The Third Eye Chakra
Associated Color: indigo
Associated Body Parts: Pituitary gland, lower brain, left eye, ears, nose, central nervous system.
This Chakra is an associated with our intuition and psychic abilities, such as clairvoyance. It also can enable better visualization and manifestation. When there are blockages in this Chakra, things like fear through imagination and dreams manifest or irrational intuitive insights occur. Physical symptoms of blockage in this Chakra show up as persistent headaches (especially in the center of the forehead), insomnia, anxiety and depression
3. Throat Chakra
Associated Colors: Sky Blue
Associated Body parts: Thyroid gland, throat and jaw areas, lungs, vocal cords, digestive tract.
This Chakra controls mental creativity and communication activities. When this Chakra is balanced, we speak and listen in the spirit of truth, and also express anger and other emotions in a constructive manner. Energizing this Chakra also improves one’s clairaudience. When this Chakra is blocked, communication suffers. In addition, things like over indulgence in eating and drinking may occur. Respiratory disorders, dental disorders and low esteem are also consequences of imbalance of this Chakra. Some people also get feelings of anger; hostility and resentment are also associated with misbalancing of this Chakra.
4. Heart Chakra
Associated Colors: Green primary/pink secondary
Associated Body parts: Thymus gland, heart, lower side of lungs, circulatory system, skin, hands.
Heart Chakra is a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms and the center of emotional well-being. When this Chakra is fully developed one is able to give and receive unconditional love, which manifests as compassion. Dysfunction of the Chakra can result in the inability to love, fear, anger, sadness and feel disconnected which can lead to heart disease.
5. Solar plexus Chakra
Associated Color: Yellow
Associated Body Parts: Pancreas, liver, digestive tract, stomach, spleen, gall bladder, autonomic nervous system.
This Chakra is associated with intellect and is a place of our personal power. When this Chakra is balanced, it helps in transformation of our hopes and aspirations (particularly materialistic) into reality. There is a sense of purpose with balancing of this Chakra. When there is an imbalance in this Chakra, it can result in insecurity about physical and financial matters, and the need to dominate others. Digestive disorders are associated with this Chakra.
6. Sacral Chakra
Associated Color: Orange
Body Parts: Related parts of the body: gonads, prostate gland, reproductive system, spleen, bladder.
When balanced, this Chakra energizes our emotions, sexuality and creativity. A balanced sacral chakra makes a person feel vital and spontaneous ready to seize the moment. Imbalance in this Chakra can result in over indulgence in food or sex, reproductive disorders and feelings of jealousy and confusion.
7. Root/Base Chakra
Associated Color: Red
Associated Body Parts: Adrenal glands, kidneys, spinal column, leg bones.
This Chakra roots us in the physical world as represented in our physical existence. A balanced Root Chakra results in a healthy desire for basic requirements, such as warmth, food and shelter. When this Chakra is imbalanced, one might start feeling afraid of life, withdraw from physical reality, feel victimized, operate in a highly selfish mode or be prone to violence. Physical symptoms include problems in the feet, legs and lower back.

The purpose of Reiki is to heal, purify and protect the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body by balancing it and energizing it with Universal Energy. If a Chakra is damaged or blocked, it cannot channelize the Universal Energy properly. It is believed that blockage causes bodily imbalances and helps in contribution of things, such as diseases in either the physical, emotional, mental and or spiritual state of human being. There can be combinational diseases also occurring in various bodies.
In Reiki,Chakras are the focal points to send and receive energy. The idea is to balance the energy in each Chakra through Reiki, such that the recipient can attain physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balances. When Chakras are balanced, they emit vibrations and energy to give the recipient optimum health, in both the spiritual and physical way.

Healing Depression With Reiki

Our health depends a lot on our attitude and thoughts. Positive thoughts can make us feel healthy and we are able to focus on various aspects of life in a relaxed manner. Negative thoughts on the other hand make us feel miserable.
Some go as far as saying that depression is the cause of any ailment be it physical or mental. Many times people are not able to recover from illness just because of the negative thoughts.
There are a lot of medicines available for treatment of depression but this only makes a person more and more dependent on pills. Reiki on the other hand balances the energy levels within a person. It removes negativity from the mind and helps a person develop faith in themselves. Imbalances in the energy levels appear when there are blockages in the chakras or energy centers of a human body.
Depression is not restricted only to those who suffer from physical and mental illness. It can affect anyone. A sense of isolation can make anyone feel alienated. Poor score in school, criticism at work, tension in relationship etc. can lead to depression. The sad thing is that when in depression it is not easy to cut thoughts and come out of it as if nothing happened.
Reiki can sometimes give relief instantly in such a situation. The healing energy can remove the negativity within you.
While undergoing Reiki treatment for depression, different people have different experiences. Some feel light and happy, some start crying and some simply go off to sleep. Regardless though, all are feeling better in the end, if they accept the energy.

Cleaning Your Reiki Box

When working with a Reiki box, it can easily get filled up, even to the point of it feeling “cluttered” with old requests.
Obviously, something should be done – but what? The problem with cleaning it seems to be, for some people, a feeling of guilt on some level, or something similar. Perhaps as if we’re letting someone down, or that we somehow ought to keep sending energy to the people who asked for it. But on the other hand, the box, especially if it’s a physical box filled with requests written on paper, tends to lose its “neatness”.

How to clean a Reiki box?

First of all, realize that if you end up not sending Reiki to the box anymore, because of its lack of “attractiveness”, everybody loses – so something should be done, and it’s in everybody’s best interest to do it sooner rather than later.
Second, keep in mind that people’s priorities change, and situations change. The original request might not even be valid anymore.
Another cool trick is, when you originally write the request and put it in the box, to also write down a date until when you intend to send Reiki to that request. A “deadline” :) of sorts. Could be a week, a month, or any period really. But it will make it a lot easier to part with the request when time comes.

How to actually dispose of the old requests

You could simply toss them in the garbage, and some practitioners do just that. Others feel more comfortable if they burn them, as a more formal “goodbye”. Just do what feels right to you.
Here’s also a nice “disposal ritual” using Reiki symbols that may be helpful. You can use it as such, or tweak it to your own style.
  1. Hold the request in your palms, as you would hold a small bird.
  2. Start the flow of Reiki, and create a ball of golden, healing energy around the request, perhaps the size of a snowball.
  3. Hold the ball in one hand, and with the other, draw Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.
  4. Say may this energy flow to this situation at an ideal pace, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all.
  5. Push the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen into the ball, imagine it attached to the request, taking care that the energy will flow across space and time, whenever and wherever needed.
  6. Draw Sei He Ki and push it into the ball, for joy and harmony.
  7. Seal everything with the power symbol.
  8. Physically dispose of the request as you normally would (tossing it, burning it, etc).
  9. Imagine cutting any cords between yourself and the situation (use your hands to do the cut if so inclined), and let Reiki take over from here.
You can apply this to multiple requests at the same time, Reiki is powerful enough and smart enough to take care of all of them at once.

12 Steps To Personal Growth Using Reiki

Reiki is a personal growth practice. Natural healing has the potential to reach beyond the therapeutic experience of healing itself.

Scientific studies give evidence of the bio-electric frequency induced by a Reiki treatment. However the fact that these studies are ad hoc and often ‘topical’ does not show the far-reaching effects of a medium and long-term practice. Their invaluable contribution is obviously to bring to the fore the positive effects that a natural energy therapy can have on our bio-energy system.

Imagine now for a moment that any of these studies would follow a sequence of treatment for as long as one year of even five consecutive years on one individual or a group of individuals aiming at measuring the effects of regular daily treatments of all the layers of the energy body with the combination of distance emotional healing and other uses of the etherical energies involved with Reiki. It would certainly bring evidence that a medium and long-term practice of Reiki enhances the lifestyle of the practitioner, strengthens the bio-energy field of the person and, reaches to the core of his or her being eventually influencing his or her whole life, encompassing personal wellness, relationships, self-esteem, emotions, sexuality, body awareness, job, money, and spirituality.

On the same line, personal growth is about empowerment and empowerment is about allowing our deepest visions and dreams that we hold dear, to match our lifestyle. It is about aligning emotions, visions and dreams and ultimately from a standpoint of self-awareness to transform our lives and bring it to the next level.

Similarly to healing, personal growth is a process, a dynamic flow of acknowledgment of values, emotions and experiences. Yes, you got it, empowerment is about “doing” something in combination with “being” ourselves rather than expecting something to happen to us from the outer world. This sounds quite a familiar pattern from a healing perspective.

How is this possible? There are 12 steps that combine Reiki with Personal Growth. Here they are:

1) Intention : A common ground between Reiki and Personal Growth is about Intention. Intention plays a critical role in healing as it opens energy channel of allowing the flow and it plays an essential role in personal growth as it triggers self-responsibility. Moreover, both processes share the value of integrity as it cannot be forced on anyone, it has to come from within.

2) Intuition : The common element is that personal growth is about allowing our Intuition to lead our heart and eventually our life and express itself in the crafting of our enhanced reality. Eventually, personal growth is a healing process that will lead an individual from a stand-point of “expecting something” to an experience of “happiness”.

3) Integrity : The Reiki natural system is built on integrity. It won’t let you down unless you separate from it voluntarily or unless your ego and your mind decides to remain in control.  Reiki is your ally as are your dreams, your visions and your highest grandest version of yourself that you would like to manifest.

4) Transparency : The Reiki Natural system gives you exactly what you put in it. It does not have any hidden agendas and does not promise you miracles. It acts and when practiced with dedication will give you good results. Yet mistrusting the system won’t give anything.

5) Well-being : Reiki is primarily a personal practice and personal growth is your own harmonizing process. You decide what you wish for yourself and you set your vision in to motion. No-one can do it or you.

6) Wholeness : To be whole with one-self is to live in connection with our deepest heart-filled vision and connect with like-minded individuals. Allowing Reiki to flow in our lives will enhance fluidity and connections with most forms of living beings.

7) Love : Reiki is Love in action on yourself and for others and this makes Reiki a non-invasive yet powerfully deep practice. Personal growth is about accepting ourselves as we are with our vision and potential to transform our lives and give it a unique scenario of love for what we do and how we do it, rather than being a subordinate of an emotions, a job or a system.

8) Authenticity : It will be inevitable during years of Reiki practice to observe the ever changing nature of our moods and emotions and eventually take action to cleanse and detoxify to shine from our entire being. Personal growth is about accepting to be who are and express it.

9) Balance : Reiki will bring balance to your life and personal growth will clear the way to take self-responsibility for all situations in our life in an harmonious way.

10) Simplicity : Reiki is simple yet effective. Personal growth is also simple yet powerfully transforming our life to the point of making us focusing only on what brings us goodness.

11) Practicality : Reiki is practical. It is not meant not meant to be practiced in a close vase or simply for the purpose of practicing Reiki. It has a deep purpose and a function. It heals the body, the emotions and enters all aspects of our life whether you can observe it or not.  It is made of practical tools as is a Personal Growth exercise:  it is about your own life and how to life it the best way possible.

12) Spiritual Connection : Reiki enhances our touch with and connection with spirituality and we may find ourselves more in touch with our core being. With intuition we may discover our Higher Self and how it connects us with our non-physical being or entity.  Personal growth may also unfold our intuitive connection with some deep seated forces and become aware that what lies dormant can be utilized to enhance our matching dream and vision.

Personal growth is about using your Reiki tools to take your life in your hands and put in use those wise practical tools that will bring more balance in your life and ultimately enhance your over well-being.

Psychic Surgery And Reiki

Psychic Surgery is removing negative energies and blocks from the aura and the body. It is a non-invasive method where the healer can actually pull out negative thought pattern, deep blocks, trauma etc. from the psyche of the patient.Blockages in the aura or chakras can cause physical or emotional diseases. Reiki Psychic Surgery is an effective way of removing these blockages and healing the body and mind of the patient.

Procedure:
  1. Make the client lie on the table or if a distance psychic surgery is to be done then connect to the client using the Distance Healing Symbol.
  2. Ground yourself by drawing the power symbol below both your feet and on the 7 main Chakras of your body, this will act as your shield. Do the same for your client.
  3. Call upon Reiki Masters, Guides, Angels, Archangels, or just connect to your higher self to guide you through the surgery and state the intention before starting the procedure. I also invoke St. Germain and his violet flame to purge the negative energies I pull out of the client.
  4. Do an Energy Scan on the client; your hand will automatically stop wherever there is depleted energy or a blockage. Start healing that particular place with the white light. I often sense or see the impurities in the form of net, knives, ropes, pebbles, chord, tar etc. Scrape or pull them out and throw them into the violet flame. Keep doing this till the energy does not feel dense in that particular area.
  5. Once the surgery is completed, pass white light on the whole body, and close the surgery by covering the clients body with golden Power Symbol.
  6. Thank the Reiki Master, Guides, Angels, Archangels, God or the higher self (whoever was invoked during the surgery) for their presence and guidance.

Twin Flames- Two Beings One Soul

Twin flames are most often described as two beings who share one soul, two halves of the same whole. If one were to scan the art and literature of the ages, one would see constant reference to twin flames: Romeo and Juliet, Lancelot and Guenevere, Psyche and Eros, etc. To say that twin flames are two halves of the same soul implies that each soul is incomplete. It implies the fallibility of God's creation. This, of course, is impossible. We are whole and always have been. And though this definition is still widely accepted, even in Metaphysical teachings, it stems from a consciousness of duality or separation.
Relationship is defined as the process by which we ongoingly draw to ourselves ones with whom we engage in order to see-outside of self-some reflection of the many aspects of our authentic and/or inauthentic selves, from which we can continue to grow, learn, and become more exquisite demonstrations of our true God-selves.
Each relationship serves a unique purpose and addresses certain issue(s) in our consciousness which need either refinement, acknowledgment, or some combination thereof. Thus, it is that all relationships are karmic: parental, filial, sibling, marital, platonic, sexual, abusive, romantic, etc. The nature and duration of the relationship are perfectly structured and suited to what needs to be addressed. Even a momentary encounter with a cashier in a store can enlighten a person by way of some reflection upon the self. At the opposite end of the spectrum, the ones whom our souls chose to surround us as our immediate family (parents, siblings, and spouses) have so much to teach us - and we them -that our souls chose a form of relationship that would stay in our energy field for most of our lives.
Each relationship will stay in a person's life until it has finished serving the purpose for which that soul called it forth, inasmuch as all relationship is a healing modality¾to practice and develop being in relationship with God. This is true even if the respective parties cease any conscious, physical contact, as is the case with deaths and divorces. The reason that many individuals in these circumstances feel haunted by the memory of a deceased or estranged love is that the souls are still engaged in their mutually agreed upon service to each other. This karmic interaction and unfoldment can, and most often does, transcend lifetimes.
Twin flames are two souls whose karmic (healing) and dharmic (service) unfoldment is so perfectly matched that they are able to serve God and each other eternally through that relationship. Not only is twin flameship the highest form of relationship, it also gifts humanity with a vehicle for transcendence and, ultimately, ascension, as twin flames continue shaping and leading each other into Oneness - the very embrace of the Beloved. This weaving, once all karma has been cleansed and transmuted, continues on a purely dharmic level far beyond ascension. At that point, it becomes a matter of purely serving God (though it always was) which progressively expands the consciousness of the two souls. Looking into the spirit realm we find twin flames still serving creation through the woven tapestry of God's loving embrace. Some of these pairings of divine complements include: Lady Venus and Sanat Kumara, Lady Portia and St. Germain, St. Clare and St. Francis, Mother Mary and Archangel Raphael, and on and on.
Because twin flameship acts as a direct portal into the heart of God, the amount of Light that pours through it is like that in no other human-to-human dynamic. It is for this reason that twin flames, once (and if) awakened and ignited to each other, can only sustain a harmonious relationship if they have an extremely high degree of mutual surrender to God's will for them. Twin flameship is not human love; it is Divine Love using two human portals.
It is also very important to point out that twin flameship has nothing to do with romantic and/or sexual involvement, though in many cases it includes and uses both those types of human interaction. The relationship exists at the soul level. What it looks like on the physical plane reflects how God needs to use those two embodiments. It is because the human hand of willful intention muddles and mitigates the grandeur and glory of God's plan unfolding in one's life that twin flame relationships seldom reach their zenith on Earth. How does one, then, know how to attune to the highest and best way to be in relationship with a twin flame - or with anyone for that matter: surrender to God's will.
Twin flames annihilate each other because they did not understand why they drew themselves to one another and because they ongoingly refused to ask God how God wanted them to care for His relationship which had overlighted them. I have also seen many divine sparks dwindle into ordinary love because both parties tried to claim ownership of that which did not belong to them.
Twin flames pass each other like ships in the night, sometimes recognizing each other, but most times not. Yet even in each other's physical absence, I watch the two souls continuing to source, heal, and guide each other more and more towards God in ways they will never know.  God is your twin flame. Strive to see and find that love in everything and everyone. Treat everyone as your Beloved for, in truth, everyone is. Although human love is a beauteous and wonderful part of life on Earth, romantic and/or sexual partnership is not a prerequisite for attaining God union. To look for anything outside of self only deepens one's separation from God. Only union with God can bring peace, joy, fulfillment, and everlasting love.

Reiki & Meditation: A Journey Within

Using Reiki while meditating is a fascinating as well as powerful experience that enhances one fundamental value within Reiki: peaceful strength. Let’s first have a look at the benefits of meditation. Meditation is said to be an ally for life, health and overall wellbeing. Meditation improves your state of being, clarifies the mind, generates better focusing and concentration capacities and even keeps eyesight and vision healthy as it takes the strain off the eyes. Being calmer with a heart beating at a healthier pace with increased sense of balance is quite sufficient to convince a beginner to take on some meditation minutes per day. Moreover, the benefits of meditation are not just secluded to our own energy field. They also expand to our surroundings. Quantum studies are progressively presenting the impact of meditation on an environment and on the electro-magnetic fields surrounding the Earth. Bearing in mind the fact that quantum physics supports the idea that intentions and thoughts have a mass and consequently the quality of the thoughts and the intentions have far-reaching results on the quality of the mass (and not necessarily the quantity) it is possible to draw a scenario where meditation -as a practice of calming the mind and body and enhancing the quality of the thoughts and the intentions – influences an inner and as well as an outer situation. Neuroscience is eager to present results of clinical experiences on meditative practices and often comes up with studies and research reports on the benefits of meditation and its influence on the electro-magnetic vibration starting from the heart, expanding to the brain and influencing the pH of water, the energy of room or a conflict meditation issue. Meditation enhances heart-consciousness; the core of loving-kindness and through regular practice can lead to significant positive alteration of disaffected behaviors by harmonizing the waves in the brain, calming the mind and make you become more of an observer of events and subtly teaches how to then take action. When quantum physics and neuroscience collaborate under the lens of a Reiki Master or a Reiki practitioner, some powerful meditative practices can emerge with can influence magnetic force to each layer of cellular exchanges and to the center of the soul of the Universe.

To describe the energetic influence of meditation with a Reiki self-practice and a compassionate Reiki practice for benefiting others, we can start by stating some basics principles of bio-energy. Our body is energy, and our inner system of exchanges within our body is also made of energy. The exchange can be measured as are the frequencies of the heart – ECG. Once we understand that we are made up of energy we also understand that as part of a living being we belong to a system that is also alive. The Universe is not static and we belong to it as an infinite part. Thoughts are energy too and there is a direct connection between our thoughts our consciousness and our actions. The system of connections between the body and the mind makes the reality of our life determined by our state of consciousness. As energy beings we have frequencies which can be measured and within that frequency lays our Essence, what we truly are. In consequence our ‘beingness” is a Flow of connections and bio-electrical internal and external connections. In other words we are vibrational beings in a solid mass – the body. The whole system of connections and vibrational matter, explains the power of mantras, spoken words, positive thinking and other similar expressions which directly connects the physical – psychic and spiritual flow of an individual and brings benefits to the three levels – body, mind, spiritual. It also explains that a mantra acts like a magnet as it produces an electromagnetic vibration which will eventually transform gross energy into subtle energy and have positive influence on brain cells and radiate the whole being by virtue of the o\holistic system of the body and mind. The chakras are the hubs of energy flow between all levels of connections. The chakras are connected by three canals of Nadis which are subtle nerve canals from which the Kundalini energy can be released. The endocrine system plays an important role in regulating the production of hormones along the glands positioned along the nerve canals. Having described this inter-connected holistic system of actions, thoughts, movement, intention and emotions activated by our main bio-electrical flow will further explain the powerful connection between Reiki and meditation.

Meditation is one main way to keep the flow of bioelectricity in constant harmony, there also is yoga and pranayama and Reiki. Reiki in itself is a self-meditative practice which triggers basics bio-electrical flows within the body. Associated with Second Degree Symbols meditations and master Symbols meditation, meditating and practicing Reiki at the same time, will generate a powerful healing result. Here some examples.
There are various forms of meditation which altogether can sum up about 100 benefits of even a simple 5 minutes daily practice. These benefits range from typical psychological benefits, to physical benefits and spiritual benefits such as:  building self-confidence to increased ability to solve complex problems, decrease in restless thinking, decrease in tendency to worry, attain awakening, changes in attitude towards life experiencing a sense of greater oneness, increased compassion and growing wisdom.

There are from our knowledge, three (3) basic forms for combining Reiki and meditation. The first one stems strictly from a Reiki perspective. Some research has shown that a person administrating a Reiki treatment presents meditative-like brain waves known as theta waves. Essentially then giving and or receiving a Reiki treatment is equivalent to a deep meditative states during which deep energetic exchanges occur. In some cases and depending on the sensitivity and practice of the Reiki practitioner levels of Theta brain waves can also be reached. Theta waves are said to help open the third eye for practitioner, the etheric eye said to be the channel through which practitioner gain a form of awakening which capacitated to see auras clearly, get energetic messages from Reiki connections with persons and practitioner which is quite subtle starting from Advanced Reiki level up to Reiki Master Teacher level and beyond.
The second one is more of an intentional Reiki meditative practice which can be described as a fusion of meditation and Reiki tools as a way to deepen the practice. These examples include starting from a meditative state and play around with the symbols learned at various degrees of initiation. One quite powerful practice is to sit in meditation until comfortable then visualize the chosen symbol (i.e. harmony symbol) in front of the mind’s eye for a while until ready to visualize our whole body in the shape of the symbol. Another one is to lay down, relax and visualize the body as a quantum network with millions of connections maybe even reach to visualize the DNA and intent to visualize the body as a large Reiki symbol of its own reaching from the outer physical boundary to the deepest level of the cellular body and repeating the following statement of intent: I chose to vibrate at the frequency rate of my essence. I command the vibration to expand to its maximum and connect my soul to the energetic void within my cellular body. I command to let it flow now and forever.
The third one is to blend breathing and chanting with the use of the any of the Reiki Symbols but more so with the Master Symbol. Close the eyes, focus on the breath, then when ready  chose a symbol and starting visualizing the symbol entering from the crown chakra and passing through the spine down to the root chakra and up to second chakra out from the belly and then in again from the crown chakra. Doing this three times will cleanse the Kundalini and prepare you for a beautiful and significantly powerful vibration within your physical body by chanting the symbol as beautifully and powerfully as possible with the intent to touch every single cell of your body. Try it. It is absolutely gorgeous in terms of energetic vibration.

Seven Steps to Living a Passionate Life

The dictionary defines Passion as "Having a keen enthusiasm or intense desire for something". Passion is a bit of a mystery. People readily agree that it is a crucial ingredient to enjoy life and professional success. A key to your success is to channel this intense desire or enthusiasm to get where you want to go. A key to your success is to channel this intense desire or enthusiasm to get where you want to go. Many people haven't identified what they want to be when you grow up.These Seven Steps will help them identify what they are Passionate about which will act as a catalyst to living a Passionate life. Here they are :

1. Commitment

Until you are committed, nothing will happen for you. There is nothing more important to creating your passionate life than your unshakable commitment to choosing in favor of your passions. Every day you will be asked to put other things ahead of the things you love most. Keep your passions where you can see them, and learn to say “no” lovingly. Here’s one line you can practice:
“I so appreciate your asking, and I’m not able to do that now.”
Be sure to use “and” rather than “but.” “And” connects you with the other person, while “but” separates.
Vary the words to make them appropriate. Just remember to first appreciate, love, understand, and value the other person, then state what you need.
Lastly, keep in mind point #4 below (Stay Open). What’s most important may shift temporarily in the light of urgent circumstances.

1. Commitment : Until you are committed, nothing will happen for you. There is nothing more important to creating your passionate life than your unshakable commitment to choosing in favor of your passions. Lastly, keep in mind point #4 below (Stay Open). What’s most important may shift temporarily in the light of urgent circumstances.

2. Clarity : When you are clear, what you want will show up in your life, and only to the extent you are clear. Fuzzy desires give Fuzzy results. Gaining Clarity is not a one-time experience; it’s an ongoing process.

3. Attention : What you put your attention on grows stronger in your life. Pay attention every day, every moment to what you are putting your attention on. You will attract all the people, places and things you need to create those things to which you give attention. As you shift your focus to all the good, which is flowing into your life, watch how your life is transformed.

4. Stay Open : Your greatest good may not be what you think it is. When you are open to whatever is appearing now, even if it’s different than the way you think it should be, you release your individual will and open to God’s will for you. This is the path to living your highest purpose in life. This is also the secret to overcoming any obstacle that may arise in your life. When disaster strikes and you are open, you are able to take advantage of the opportunities that inevitably present themselves.

5. Integrity : Be as true to yourself as you are to others, and as true to others as you are to yourself. The biggest challenge most of us face is to meet our responsibilities to others while pursuing our passions at the same time. When you make commitments to others, make sure those commitments are aligned with your passions. Once you make commitments, keep them. If something else comes up, talk to the other person and ask their permission to renegotiate your commitment. If they aren’t willing or able to make the necessary change, then keep your commitment as you originally made it, even if it’s uncomfortable.
Do this a few times and you will become more careful about the commitments you make. And treat yourself with the same respect. When you make a commitment to yourself, treat it in the same way you would treat your commitment to another. That includes being willing to renegotiate your commitment when new circumstances arise.

6. Persistence : Many begin the journey. Those who finish it are the ones who achieve success and fulfillment in life. In his classic book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill tells the story of the man who bought property with the intention of mining gold. He discovered what appeared to be a massive vein. He went out and purchased the machinery to mine the gold, but before he made any significant profits, the vein dried up. He dug and dug, and then finally, he gave up and sold the property and machinery for a few hundred dollars to a junk dealer. That dealer consulted an expert who showed him the previous owner had failed because he didn’t understand the nature of fault lines. The expert told the new owner he would find the vein again, not far beyond where the digging had previously stopped. The new owner followed this expert advice, and sure enough, found millions of dollars in gold, just three feet beyond where the previous owner had stopped digging.
When you’re living life truly aligned with your passions, persistence is not hard. You will find you can’t stop, even if you want to. Your deepest passions will drive you, in spite of yourself.

7. Follow Your Heart : When all else fails, listen to your heart. Passion emerges from the heart, not from the mind. When you feel confused, or lost, or don’t know which direction to head, then just start walking and pay attention to what your heart tells you. Do what you love, follow your heart’s direction and the path to fulfillment in life will naturally unfold before you.

Above all else, remember the secret that guarantees a passionate life: “Whenever you are faced with a choice, a decision or an opportunity, choose in favor of your Passions.”

Self Healing With Reiki

It is very important for Reiki practitioners to treat themselves frequently. Daily is best. When you give Reiki to yourself you are staying directly in touch with the sensation of offering and receiving Reiki. For those that are new to Reiki, acquainting yourself with these sensations is helpful. Self Reiki is an excellent way to learn what these sensations are like as well as to experience healing through Reiki, firsthand. When you heal yourself, you become a better healer for others.
Self Reiki will work for you in the same way that receiving Reiki from someone else does. It heals on the mental, spiritual, emotional and physical levels. Anything that manifests on a physical level will have a deeper root in the emotional, mental or spiritual realm. Regular self Reiki treatments can ease these deeper imbalances before they manifest on the physical level. Aside from keeping your physical body well, this allows for greater emotional freedom, decreased mental stress and deeper spiritual growth. It will also improve your ability to spot an imbalance early, prior to it manifesting physically.
Giving Reiki to yourself can seem different than when giving Reiki to others. This sometimes leads to the nagging feeling that Reiki is not flowing or the self treatment is being done wrong. However, there is no need to be concerned. Reiki always flows where it is needed, including when you are treating yourself. Trust the Reiki. Worry during the treatment will only cause resistance and inhibit your ability to feel the flow of Reiki. Relax and enjoy the healing.
Just as when you are treating others, self treatment sessions will vary from one time to another. You may have times where you don’t experience anything at all. Other times, you may be deeply moved and feel emotions coming up for release. You may feel warmth, cold or heaviness in your entire body or only in certain areas of the body.  Sometimes you may feel the Reiki flowing intensely from your hands. You may also feel your body pulling the Reiki from your hands. Even if you don’t feel the sensations, Reiki is coming through and going where you need it most at that time. Allow yourself to completely feel whatever you are experiencing, in the same compassionate way you would allow a patient to do so. Observe your breath and any sensations you feel as you relax deeply.
When you are feeling unwell, treat yourself with Reiki as soon as possible. Even a mini Reiki self treatment can help shorten the duration of the imbalance, or even eliminate it altogether. Practice developing an awareness of your emotional, mental and physical state. In this way, you will be better able to self treat early and stay well.
Self Reiki is a wonderful tool to use when you have injured yourself. Apply Reiki directly to the injured area for at least one minute; longer if your intuition guides you to do so. You may find that bleeding stops faster, cuts heal more quickly and swelling and bruising may be minimized when you apply Reiki to an injury. Self treating an injury right away is best, but even injuries that aren’t treated until later will heal more quickly with Reiki self treatment.
Don’t wait until you are sick or injured. Make daily self Reiki part of your routine. When you treat yourself daily, you will begin to notice that you feel better, and are more aware of the flow of energy in your body. Your health will improve and you will find that things seem to flow more easily, even on challenging days.

Reiki And Gemstones

There are many people who use crystal therapy with Reiki – the two complement and enhance each other’s effects very well.
Each gemstone is different in the effect it has on a person. They symbolize beauty and power and possess energetic waves, vibrating each on different frequency – and they can get influenced by the presence of other crystals.
Remember to cleanse them before and / or after each healing session, to keep their properties and vibe in good shape.
Some popular gemstones and their corresponding symbolization in the world of Reiki are enlisted below:
  • Amethyst: This is a common gemstone having violet or lilac color. It is called a versatile or ‘All-Rounder’ stone and basically good for inducing creativeness in a person. It brings clear ideas and makes a person responsive about several modes. It was being used as a protective measure and is overall an effective stone to wear for entrenching stability. It also keeps body away from any kind of negativities.

  • Hematite: It induces spiritual and healing capabilities in a person and unblocks any obstacles in your life.
  • Carnelian: Gives its influence after wearing it for a longer period of time and has galvanizing impacts on your body.
  • Turquoise: This stone can uplift unconditional love, aligns energy chakras and opens heart for acceptance of true love.
  • Sodalite: Sodalite is known for bringing trust and harmony back into your heart and you can get rid of relationship issues by wearing it.
The meanings of gemstones are flexible and each has more meanings and properties than we’ve listed. You can wear these crystals in a ring or carry around with you, but the impact is better, if the stone touches your body parts.
